Project Overview:
This project tested our mettle like few before it. The Ministry required the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of poultry incubators and hatchers at two remote sites, each with distinct infrastructural challenges.
Scope of Work:
Procurement of modern incubator/hatcher systems
Delivery to Kimose and Marimanti
Installation and commissioning
Temporary housing provision for the equipment
Training of station staff
Challenges:
Poor road infrastructure to both sites
Utility access limitations
No permanent housing ready at Kimose for the incubators
Environmental and climatic variations
Outcome:
The job was done and promptly handed over to the Ministry. Today, only Marimanti has a purpose‑built housing unit for the system—constructed by Benyton in a subsequent contract. The project demonstrated our ability to adapt, improvise, and deliver under difficult conditions.
