Project Overview:
In November 2014, Benyton Enterprises Limited was awarded the tender to refurbish and repair the Tannery Works at the Animal Husbandry and Industrial Training Institute (AHITI) in Kabete. This was our first direct contract with a government ministry.
Scope of Work:
Comprehensive repair and renovation of the tannery facility
Structural assessments and necessary reinforcements
Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical system overhauls
Interior and exterior finishing
Outcome:
The project was delivered on time and to the full satisfaction of the Ministry. It demonstrated our ability to handle specialised industrial facilities and set the stage for future agricultural infrastructure contracts.
