Project Overview:
In 2021, Benyton Enterprises Limited was sub‑contracted to upgrade a section of road from Ndaragwa to Kilimanjaro–Shamata to bitumen standards. This was our first major road works project and marked our expansion into transport infrastructure.
Scope of Work:
Earthworks and grading
Soil compaction and testing
Drainage works
Laying of bitumen standard pavement
Equipment Deployed:
Excavators
Dump/tipper trucks
Soil compactors
Mobile generators and refuelling crews
Outcome:
The project is ongoing in the public domain. Once completed, the finished road will ease travel time, improve fuel efficiency, and contribute to environmental quality in the region.
